Felicia Hamilton (1939 -2011) worked at Fiduciary Trust International in the World Trade Center. She was killed in the terrorist attack of September 11, 2001.

Twenty-five years later, we remember the Queens residents, first responders, workers, and volunteers who died on September 11 or from 9/11-related illnesses. Each lived in or shared a deep connection with Queens, and many are honored with memorial sites or co-named streets. Here, we remember some of those lost from the following neighborhoods: Astoria, Hunters Point, Long Island City, Maspeth, Steinway, Sunnyside and Woodside.
